This is a broadside that calls itself an "open letter" that is a complaint by the "subversives of Sacramento, California" about an article in the prominente newspaper owned and directed by Ettore Patrizi in San Francisco, L'Italia. The article was critical of the old companions of the international socialist Amilcare Cipriani, who protested against Patrizi for all the calumnies and lies he perpretated.
