Description
This bilingual work - first 32 pages in English, the same repeated in Italian on pages 33-64 - follows upon Pucelli's English translation of the noted pamphlet by August Lovece, the so-called Interpreter of the People, in which were published letters to the U.S. President to reveal to him Lovece's idea about "universal peace and the welfare that would ensue if we could construct a World Capital, where all embassies of the United Nations would have their general headquarters."
Pucelli's preface notes that we are in a cold war with Soviet Russia, and that the national boundaries drawn at the end of World War II were done "in a hurry," and "are not rightful."
This third pamphlet contains letters by others in response to Lovece's prior two pamphlets.
